Jane is a results-oriented executive, leadership and team coach, with a Master Coach, MCC certification through the International Coach Federation. A trusted advisor to founders, executives and rising talent, she collaborates as a thought partner, sounding board and compassionate conflict detangler, empowering clients as they navigate journeys of integrative mastery and leadership excellence.
Known for a fluid, direct and laser-like intuitive style, Jane brings fierce commitment to simplify the complex and heightened compassion to every client engagement. Grounded in neuroscience-evidence based tools and depth in social, emotional and conversational awareness, her coaching style leads to insightful pivots, the agility to generate new action and sustainable results.
Initially designed to serve executives, talent and professionals in the entertainment industry, Jane founded 7 Rivers Artists & Jane Dundes Consutling to foster environments where the power of creativity can thrive. She brings extensive agiliy and experience championing professionals, talent and teams who require the ability to excel individually while staying true to a vision and working collaboratively.
Since its origins, the practice has expanded from entertainment to numerous fields including architecture, exhibit design, academia business and healthcare. Clients have included executives from Paramount Studios, Sony Pictures Entertainment, ABC, Tubi, the award-winning architecture firms, Lehrer Archtiects and Kadre Architects, Cinnabar California, USC, USC Keck and Norris Hospitals, CSU, et al.
Her approach is further characterized by creative insight, rigorous discipline and a depth in collaboration cultivated through her background first in dance arts and then entertainment -- a field that excels in its dynamism for translating creative ideas into bottom-line, business-ready logic.
